I am a dreamer and a doer at the same time. I am interested in new ways of understanding and doing business. Human, ethical and sustainable values are important to me. The fact that I chose to study DEI topics in my thesis was not just a coincidence, but I believe that my own background with diversity helped me to choose this topic. I am a single mother and I love skateboarding with my son. I have experienced multiculturalism in my life, both in my family circle and where I lived. I have lived in different countries and cities and today speak four languages fluently. I enjoy being surrounded by diversity, I find it enriching.

I specialise in developing inclusive workplace solutions, improving corporate culture and promoting strategic business growth through DEI initiatives. I have developed the Maiwin Solutions DEI survey, which was successfully implemented at Lyyti Ltd, and I work with Gantsi Consulting Ltd. I have been responsible for multi-channel customer service for fast growing companies, improving service efficiency and supporting brand growth. My expertise also includes social media marketing, B2B sales and business modelling for start-ups. I have a Master's degree in Management, Strategy and Organizations ( with a focus on HR) and a minor in Marketing and Intercultural Communication. My academic work includes a Bachelor's thesis on Intuition in Senior Management Decision Making (grade 5/5) and a Master's thesis on DEI Consulting in Finland (grade 4/5). I also completed an Erasmus exchange in Barcelona at the Universidad de Barcelona, where I took courses in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Business Innovation and Cultural Studies. I am fluent in Finnish, Swedish, English and Spanish. I am goal-oriented and always ambitious to do great things in life and at work.
